“Stuart was the front man for getting us out of our previous VOIP provider, who couldn't provide us with what we were asking, onto our new VOIP Phone system. He took the reins and helped us every step of the way. He took the time to meet with us at our main location a number of times to make sure he understood our business needs. He had the companies head project manager visit our office to be 100% sure everybody was on the same page with how the system would and should work.
In our business making and checking reservations is our lifeline! A call must be answered by a live person, no matter what. He worked with us to create and set up a call center queue with an overflow treatment plan so that if somebody didn’t pick up at one location, the call would transfer to our main office, where it was handled by another reservationist or dispatch, and never go to a voicemail box. If the call came in on a General queue and it wasn't answered, it would ring on the Priority queue in another location. This made our entire phone system from East to West coast act as one big interconnected system. This gave all of our callers a flawless experience. WE NEVER LOST A CALL. Since our reservationists work in shifts, he also made sure that we could have multiple people log onto the same phone, which saved us money on space at each of our locations. He was also able to show us live detailed call logs showing us the peak days and times of calls coming in. This helped us with strategically staffing the right amount of people per shift and location, which gave us a huge savings on payroll. The previous VOIP provider had extreme difficulty accomplishing any of this. These items were very important for us and he made sure this was accomplished.
Stuart, from my perspective, was more than just a salesman to us; he is friendly and always approachable when there are issues at hand. He truly made sure we were happy and we were getting what we wanted.”
